Robinson Model of Employee Engagement
The model gives emphasis on the feeling of value and involvement that an employee gets while working in an organization. A feeling of involvement gets through co-operation, family friendliness, communication and feeling of value is earned by equal opportunities, fair treatment, training, and development.
Robinson (2004) engagement model is based on the personal values of employees. When the communication strategies of a company are developed, it is possible to measure these values with simple measurements such as high, medium or neutral. This method is more used in companies with a large number of employees but with proper communication channels.
